Project Manager

At Onkatec, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination and tracking of our AWS and Cloud projects.

We are looking for a teammate who will ensure coordination between our technical teams and our Business Development and Account Management teams, and who will make sure projects progress in line with their planned scope, priorities and timelines.

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• Able to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders
• Proactively tracks risks, dependencies and changing needs
• Works in an organized and systematic way on reporting and documentation
• Preferably experienced in Cloud, AWS, DevOps or technology projects

Responsibilities

• Planning and tracking projects from initiation to completion
• Tracking project schedules, priorities, tasks and deadlines
• Ensuring communication and coordination between technical teams and customers
• Regularly tracking actions and dependencies within the project scope
• Identifying potential risks and delays early and coordinating the necessary actions
• Managing changing customer and project needs together with the relevant teams
• Reporting on project progress regularly
• Keeping meeting, action item and project documentation up to date
